Concept development and Design of an "Administrative procedures" brochure.

Project overview

Company Description:

Coresi Avantgarden is the biggest urban regeneration project from Romania – the biggest real estate project launched by Kasper Development. The project aims to restore one of the biggest industrial platforms in Romania into a neighbourhood that has it’s own eco-system implemented.

Problem Description:

Kasper Administration is overwhelmed by the amount of people that come over during the opening hours, not having enough time to spend with all of them to explain what services they offer and this is the procedure for all of them. Therefore, the scope of this brochure was to present the activity of Kasper Administration, their work and services in a short but concise way so that when people get to their office, already know what is it that they have to do or ask for.

Objectives:

Design and build a brochure that explains the activities and processes of Kasper Administration in short descriptions that are concise enough to get the bigger picture.
Prepare the prototypes for wireframes and mockups in low and hi fidelity to conduct some research before defining the final concept.
Prepare the materials for print, marking all finishing touches and generating the pixel perfect deliverable.
